    Before you decide to stay at Alpha du Cap Guest House, we want you to be prepared - for a better guest experience.     What to expect when you arrive

    After a brief room tour, you'll register, pay for your stay and agree to our property rules - which basically come down to common-sense policies that protect the privacy and security of each and every guest. Then we'll show you to your guest room. It's that easy. At Alpha du Cap Guest House, there are no hidden fees, in fact, there are no extra fees at all. A delicious breakfast (cereal buffet and a la carte menu) is included in our rates and so is the free wireless internet access, because we know you like to stay connected. No resort fee, no parking fee, no early check-in fee, just true hospitality.

    What to expect in your room

    Although Alpha du Cap Guest House offers several room choices, the essential features stay the same. You can always count on a fully furnished bedroom with your own private en-suite bathroom. Your bedroom has a TV with selected DSTV channels, a writer's desk, free wireless internet access, a safe, iron and hair dryer. You will also find a tea & coffee tray, glasses, cups, a hot water kettle, a microwave and a small fridge which you may stock with your own favorite goodies. Cutlery and crockery are available at no additional fee. In your bathroom, you will find towels, bathrobes, slippers and selected bathroom amenities to get you started - because we figure you'd rather shop on your own terms than pay for extras you may not need. Please note that all our rooms are strictly non-smoking. There's only one thing guests never seem to be completely prepared for - how astonishingly clean our rooms are.

    What to expect in and around our building

    Our dining lounge is where we meet our guests for breakfast. Our garden with its super-large swimming pool is our pride. There, you will also find a thatched lapa with plenty of seating, a braai (BBQ) and pizza oven, which you are welcome to make use of. Our building is electronically locked 24/7. That means no one can access without a valid key card. With security cameras and a well lit parking lot, we keep your safety in and out of the building in mind. All public areas are cleaned daily - including the parking area, pool and garden.

    Breakfast at Alpha du Cap is a celebration of the start of a new day. And we want this start to be a perfect one, every single day. You will find a cereal buffet, an a la carte menu with a blend out of typical South African and European recipes, and our friendly staff who will make sure that you never run out of tea or coffee.

    What to expect from our team

    You won't find a friendlier team anywhere. Our helpful staff - from housekeeping to the owner-manager - will make sure your guest experience is a positive one, whether you need something for your room or directions to find your way around. At Alpha du Cap Guest House, you can expect courteous treatment from professionals who are committed to maintaining guest privacy and peace of mind. In fact, some team members stay onsite to uphold our rigorous service, cleaning and safety standards.
